This is a lovely shampoo for everyday use if you want something gentle that leaves the hair feeling clean, soft and refreshed. It washes well without feeling too harsh, and my hair felt light and manageable afterwards.The scent is quite distinctive, with that classic herbal Aveda fragrance, so it feels a bit more spa-like than a standard shampoo. I found it pleasant and quite calming, actually, I love the majority of Aveda scentsThe 1000ml size is good value if you already know you like it and use it regularly

Yes, it’s not cheap, but I have been using Aveda Shampure for twenty years and I wouldn’t swap it for anything else. The clean, carefully chosen ingredients keep my scalp calm and hair balanced, no irritation, no build-up. I have greasy roots and dry ends, and it handles both beautifully.The scent is soft, luxurious, and I would wear it as perfume if I could. Every wash feels indulgent, and at 50 plus, I appreciate a shampoo that works as hard as it smells amazing.
