I wear a 4.5 in men shoes what size should i get for these sandals ?

Normally you add 2 sizes to men size to convert to women size. So 4.5 is like 6.5 in women's however this sandals only comes in full size, I recommend size 7 in womens

Im a size 7.5 should I go up a size of will the 7's be fine?

we recommentd to go to 8 if you are truly 7.5thanks

what is size B(M) 7 US

I'm sorry Donna but I'm not sure myself of what B(M) 7 US means either.I knowI purchased that size for myself and they fit fine. I usually wear a Size 7.
