Aquila New Nylgut AQ-4 Soprano Ukulele Strings - High G - Set of 4 Strings, White

Bought a new ukulele to learn on and was advised to buy a set of quality strings as the ones supplied with any new uke tend to be pretty poor. Once swapped the sound was much better and stays in tune far longer. Delivery was very quick and the cheapest I could find on Amazon.

Aquila strings have always been my favourite strings as they last and sound great... These are for a great price. My strings were for a Tenor uke not a soprano so ensure you order the correct size.

I've been using aquila strings for many years, the sound and tone quality is second to none and once the strings settle in they stay in tune for a long time, if your looking for strings I would definitely recommend

Vast improvement on original Uke strings. Only just gone on, so still re-tuning every couple of days.

Unlike the nylon strings sold with cheap ukeleles, these give a much richer tone, and once stretched (which you can speed up by gently pulling on them after stringing) they don't go out of tune. Well worth the money.

I bought these for my Ukulele. They sound a lot better than the original strings that were supplied with it. They are also softer on the fingers when fretting for chords. The downside seems to be that I have to forever retune as it rapidly goes out of tune as the strings still seem to be stretching. Its been 3 months now!

Nice sound, made a big difference to my cheap second hand ukulele.

These strings make such a massive difference to the sound...it is sweet and deep and it also seems to make it easier to play...I'm a complete beginner though!

Good strings

Mi sono trovato molto bene da subito con queste nuove corde. Arrivano in una busta, perchè la confezione è veramente molto piccola, dove le corde sono distinte tra di loro dal colore dell'estremità (A-red, E-Blue, C-Green, G-white), si montano facilmente una volta rimosse le vecchie corde, dopo di che comincia il processo di accordatura. Questo è un po' noioso perchè le corde perdono tensione dopo pochissimo il primo giorno, perchè devono equilibrarsi per bene sullo strumento. Il mio consiglio è di fare una prima accordatura sommaria e poi lasciare tutta la notte lo strumento a riposare, in maniera tale che si possano formare gli equilibri elastici. A livello di suono, il mio strumento è un ukulele della Eko, un modello primo prezzo, con delle corde veramente scarse, troppo leggere e dal suono proprio brutto. Montare queste corde ha migliorato di gran lunga il suono dello strumento, che ora è più stabile e anche più alto di volume. Al tatto sono molto lisce, e per chi arriva dalle corde base della Eko, sono più pesanti e dure, il che permette di suonarle con più naturalezza, senza il timore di rimanere impigliati con un'unghia nel ritorno dello strum. In generale l'esperienza è ottima e mi sento di consigliarle caldamente.

Las cuerdas son de buena calidad, cumplió con el requerimiento de mi ukulele. Las recomiendo.

I put these on my cheap diamond head ukulele and it absolutely transformed the sound. The strings hold their tuning really well compared to other strings I've tried. I'm definitely going to repurchase in the future.
