I had one from another company and it kept slipping and moving off my bunion then broke. What guarantees do you offer with this prduct please ?

I am still wearing the one I bought well over a year ago. It has not slipped or broken but the velcro is beginning to curl and I have mended and re-positioned one of the straps once. I can't give you a guarantee, I can only speak of my experience.

Does the bunion pack comes in pair? Or should I buy one for each foot?

It's just one but it can be used for both feet, unless you want to use it on both feet at the same time, then you'll need to buy a second one. Super comfy to wear and walk with around the house without shoes, or super wide fit shoe. Enjoy!

Gel cushion is irritating my skin. Skin is very red....did this happen to anyone?

No. Thought product very effective and comfortable. Maybe you are allergic to the gel cushion.
