Does this clear pond water or does it only treat algey?

It does not treat algae or clear murky pond water. It is used to make tap water (which contains chlorine) safe for fishes.

Do fish need to be removed from pond before use

No put AquaSafe first before you top up with tap water it's safe to use & protects the fish I've used it many years with no problem.

Can anyone please tell me the ingredients for tetra aqua safe for ponds

The exact ingredients are probably not given to protect trade secrets. I have been using this product in my outdoor pond of around 1400 litres for 5 years. I use a submersible filter, I have not cleaned my filter for 3 years... even the pond lily leaves breaking down in the autumn are absorbed by the filter, there's no need to clean the filter. The tetra protects the bacteria in the filters and they consume all the waste. The water is always clear and the pump always puts out a very good flow. I have 10 large goldfish and shubunkins. I wouldn't use anything else.

Can I put this in an aquarium

yes I use it for my aquarium and it works great never lost a fish yet and it lasts a lot longer Add 10ml to each 200 Litres (44 GALLONS)
