Good quality well worth the money

I did wonder if I had made a mistake because I read about the kinks after my purchase, but I'm happy. Yes, it does kink a bit but they come out easily so I don't have any problems with that . It seems well made and durable, it is better than the old green one I had.

Great hose, did kink at the beginning but put the water through it for a good 1 hr under pressure and seemed to do the trick, not kinked since, very heavy duty

I bought this hose along with a Karcher pressure washer, car kit and hose fittings. This is a very average hose packaged to look better than it is. Kinks easily, very stiff. Difficult to push fit genuine Karcher fitting. I heated it in hot water to soften and make this easier. I suspect it will split after little use. A pity, everything else from Karcher is excellent quality.

This is an excellent hose for the price. It cost me 2p more than 15 m of horrible, cheap green hose, but is also very good quality. It's not anti-kink as such - I have an "anti-kink" from Hozelock and while that one doesn't kink easily (it is still possible to kink it, though), it is very heavy and stiff, making it awkward to handle. This hose, on the other hand, is light-weight and flexible, almost soft, compared to my Hozelock one. So when it does kink, you can easily straighten it out again. I bought this to cut into sections to join up a weeping hose system, so the quality is not critical for my purpose, but I would buy a longer one for normal use without hesitation, if available, and if i hadn't already bought a quite expensive hose that doesn't kink, but that I hate using... It consists of 2 layers, so is not super-strong, but Karcher must have faith in its durability, as it's guaranteed for 12 years. Overall, am very impressed with this hose for this price, was not expecting anything nearly this good, and definitely recommend it if you want a decently strong, but also light and flexible hose for a decent price. I paid £9 and have just seen this now costs £25, but it's also available as an add-on for £5.

This hose is great if you have an easy wind storage reel but trying to wind it up by hand to put on a hanger is not easy. It is quite heavy and obviously more so with water in. It arrives all curled up as pictured and is difficult to unwind without curves. As soon as you pull the hose the curves end up in kinks. We have laid ours out straight on the lawn, filled with water, for a few days. This did remove some of the curves but it still has some and it makes it difficult to wind it round the hanger as it wants to twist the wrong way in places. Having said that, it does suggest the hose is strong and durable!

Ich nutze den Kärcher PrimoFlex (1/2 Zoll, 20 m) seit einigen Wochen intensiv im Garten und bin absolut zufrieden. Material und Haptik: Der 3-lagige Aufbau fühlt sich sehr wertig und robust an. Das Material ist angenehm griffig, wodurch sich der Schlauch gut führen lässt. Flexibilität: Er verdreht oder verknickt beim Ziehen um Ecken kaum – ein riesiger Pluspunkt im Vergleich zu günstigen Baumarkt-Schläuchen. Der Wasserdurchfluss bleibt konstant. Widerstandsfähigkeit: Er hält dem üblichen Druck problemlos stand (berstsicher bis 24 bar laut Hersteller) und liegt bei mir dauerhaft in der Sonne. Dank der UV-Schutzschicht gibt es bisher keinerlei Materialermüdung oder Verfärbungen. Fazit: Ein langlebiger, durchdachter Gartenschlauch in bewährter Kärcher-Qualität. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier absolut. Klare Kaufempfehlung!
