Bought as present for my grandson he loves it .

This is a good compendium of self-working card tricks, which get difficult very quickly – and I'm never going to be able to invisibly prepare the deck. Yo can pre-prepare the deck, and it's possible to then keep the deck unshuffled by doing some fancy fake shuffles – but I just don't have that dexterity. I knocked off a star because the book is aimed at a level of expertise higher than I'll ever attain, so if you have good dexterity, then add that fifth star back on.

This is a first class publication for magicians of all levels it is very informative in an easy going sort of way, the demonstrations are clear and concise and would be easy to follow regardless of your skill level. Once again I have received a book from Amazon that was in tip top condition , which arrived promptly and has been read from cover to cover several times already.

Self working is a bit miss leading as most of the tricks have to be set up. I thought it'd be self working like some of the mathematic style tricks you find on youtube. I found some of the tricks confusing and had to read over them a few times to understand them.

I had this book a few years ago and the copy got ruined so I bought this replacement it’s a must own book for any magician who is a card worker even if your a sleight of hand worker it’s always nice to have some self workers in your arsenal Easy to follow easy to perform I think this book can sometimes be a little underrated there is an old saying if you can use one trick then it’s worth the price of the book in this one your spoiled for choice

This book is just too cheap for kindle, the information is fantastic, start to finish there's something for almost all skill levels. If you're intermediate to advanced you won't use the 'tricks' but you're sure to get some new take on worn principles. To reviewers rating it down, false shuffles & cuts get stacked decks into play, look up the half pass for reverse effects. The price is worth it for the near forgotten Long Distance effect alone (try getting work this way, mail business + playing cards in advance with a note for the time of call etc.) Guaranteed to utterly destroy a future client if combined with a blind book test.

Another great book for anyone interested in card magic. Simple step by step instructions which are clear and the effects produces from some of the tricks are very impressive with little sleight of hand needed.

Che dire di questo libro, per il costo al quale l'ho preso, vale ogni singolo euro. Ovviamente, come scritto in descrizione è in inglese e non ci troverete manuali o storie sulla magia. Si tratta di una raccolta di magie da fare con le carte principalmente. Routine prese qua e la da maghi famosi e non ma che sicuramente danno un gran bell'effetto se eseguiti bene. Consiglio l'acquisto ai cartomaghi principianti ed esperti. L'inglese è abbastanza capibile tutto sommato e raramente presenta termini complessi da capire.

Gut auch für Einsteiger. Kartentricks mochte ich eher nicht so, jetzt liebe ich sie.
