When in vertical mode, can you keep the phone charging or does not it have space for the charger cable underneath?

Hi...The phone does not have to be fully vertical in the mount, you can tilt to allow the charge cable to fit. My tripod has a swivel head so can be swivelled back to the vertical if needed. Can also turn the phone sideways for a landscape view, no problem at all. Or mount the phone upside down in the tripod so the charge cable is at the top then rotate the image with the software.

Is this just an adaptor or does it come with a tripod stand?
