It’s ok and cones as tablets not capsules two daily I bc assume it’s doing the job

These are quite thick tablets to take as someone who isn’t great at that but you get used to them. The results are totally worth it and in my case I began to feel better and much more energised after just a couple of days. Won’t be going without these now!

Unlike any other vitamin B complex supplements I have taken before, they're a nice manageable size - not the usual horrid big torpedo, and so are very easy to swallow. Also, the smell is very mild - none of the usual 'meaty' whiff that this supplement is prone to. Kudos too, for being in a brown glass bottle and at a very decent price.I've no idea whether I'm benefitting from them - but how does one tell with these things? I feel healthy enough 😉
