High 5Pink Grapefruit 1 x Tube contains 20 Tablets

I bought these during the summer to see if they helped with the headaches I was getting while exercising. It's something that I've always been prone to if I get dehydrated, but when it was hot I seemed to be getting headaches no matter how much water I drank. I didn't need extra energy/calories, so electrolyte tablets seemed like a great idea. They were really effective, no more headaches, easy to carry round in their tube, and great value for money given the number of drinks you can make up with one tube of tablets. I usually drink water, so I was a bit worried that I'd find the taste too sweet or artificial, but I got the pink grapefruit and it has a very nice refreshing taste.

I like this product and the flavour a lot and it rehydrated well. It doesn’t have the sickly seeet flavour that you get with other electrolytes and will work well for my upcoming triathlon and current training.

Exactly as described by the description, not as salt heavy as other brands which is great ( personal preference). He flavour wasn't too sharp being grapefruit.

I'm by no means a series athlete, but I do go for fairly lengthy walks and especially in the summer even with water it's easy to end up dehydrated and get a headache, or cramp up. I wouldn't say these are some wonder product, you still need water and perhaps some food, but they certainly take the edge off and I don't cramp or get headaches, plus they taste great.

I have been running for 2.5 years now and only use High 5 Zero Tablets, so of course I am going to rave about them!We have run 4 half marathons and a marathon (in training for 2nd marathon) plus many 5K, 10K, muddy races and training runs, plus runs for fun!!!I drink mine before a long run, water during the run and then one afterwards. TBH all depends on the distance, if it's plus 10 miles I'll take a tab and pop it in a bottle of water too.Speedy delivery, easy transaction, highly recommended, they do the job for me and my husband.

I am a keen cyclist and used these yesterday for the first time on an 80 mile with hills. Good boost and refreshing flavour without sugar or stickiness. Also easy to carry a couple of extra tabs for top ups. Will definitely use these again. The triple flavour deal in my opinion was good value.

Ostensibly bought for 'running'.Actually used for hangovers.I can vouch they are pretty effective for the latter, unless you've done shots in which case you're just beyond help. Diorylite does the same thing and is cheaper, but this tastes better.

I don't drink enough water, but plain water (whether bottled or tap) just makes me gag. I love grapefruit so thought this would be good.Not impressed. very bland. It does just take the edge off the water, but no real flavour at all .I was very disappointed. :(
