Easy to Use
Excellent shower head and easy to fit.

A quality shower head
I needed to replace our Aqualisa shower head, which was not working well, quickly for my husband who has mobility problems. The KES Head came very quickly and was easy to install. The instructions were very clear and the quality is good. The shower is now working perfectly so my husband is delighted. So far I feel it is probably better than the head I replaced. I'd worried about changing from the original manufacturer, but I would happily buy KES again. You just need an adjustable spanner to remove the old head and tighten up the new. Everything else you need is included in the box so you are able to make adjustments if you are in a low pressure area. I did not need to do this as our pressure is good.

You may need Allen keys and a small screwdriver
It's ok, looks quite good and water comes out of it, just a couple of points. The head is secured by a grub screw, the allen key provided is the wrong size. The head has a flow restrictor, which allows a pretty low flow rate so you'll present to remove it. Theresa tool provided which doesn't really do the job, but a small screwdriver will.

Noticeable flow difference but still easily ample.
My old shower head came with the shower and just deluged a ton of water and created far too much steam (plus, its just a waste of water and energy to heat it) so I bought this one to calm it down a bit. It was very easy to fit and there is a noticeable reduction in flow that creates less steam and is just a more realistic flow rate. I'm happy with it and at the price point is agreeable. Top job.

Very nice quality and excellent value for money
I got this to replace a scaled up one and it's better than the original as well as about a quarter of the price of the manufacturer's official part. It was a bit fiddly to attach at first, but you only need do that once. At first I thought it looked a little rough then realised it has a grey plastic protective covering on the back, which comes off with a good tug to reveal a smart, shiny chrome finish. The flow is a little slower than my old one, presumably because of the filter, but for me that's a good thing as the water comes out a bit hotter. And I'm hoping the filter will reduce the scaling problem I had with the old one. Once fitted the head is easily moved around and also stays put once you find the position you want.

Holes are very small and liable to block in hardwater areas
The unit is well made, and a lot cheaper than some branded heads this size. I used it to replace the same diameter Aqulisa heads which were 3x the price. It was easy to fit, and resolved the problem I was trying to fix: replacement Aqilisa heads on two showers. However after using them for a relatively short period of time the jets of water tend to come down at angles other than vertical. I live in a hard water area, and it looks like this is affecting the head quite quickly. It can be resolved by brushing the nozzles, however you have to do it quite frequently. Comparing this head with the original Aqualisa head, it had fewer nozzles but they were larger. With larger nozzles the hardness of the water would not be so obvious.

Top quality item
I love it when Amazon says “what did you use this product for”. You may be aware that this is a shower head and is used for showering under. Although I can’t recommend it for use with a jet washer - now there’s an idea - I can categorically state that’s it a perfect replacement for a failing limescaled shower head in our own bathroom. It arrived, as all things Amazon, in pretty much a blink (well Prime next day delivery) and I fitted it the following day. It comes with a dinky roll of PTFE tape to help seal the joint to the shower arm. It’s clean, shiny, very well made and lightweight which is a consideration when you’re hanging it off a stainless steel support bar. Easy to fit and the water pattern and power is just perfect. I couldn’t find one in my local plumbing and bathroom shops. Or should I rephrase that and say I really didn’t want to pay that level of pricing. A quick click on Amazon and up it pops as recommended. I can only add my support to that and say if you’re a little unsure, is it too good to be true etc. To use that overworked phrase, trust me, you’ll be a happy purchaser.

Fitting issue
The allen key supplied with this shower head is too small for the grub screw that is used for fitting it. Fortunately I had a larger one!

Don't let the price fool you. This showerhead exceeded my expectations, as I've had low water pressure in my shower for years. After a quick switch out with my regular shower head (a total of five minutes), the head is remarkable. I get great, but not stinging pressure out of the dozens of rubber-tipped holes in this oversized head. And it truly is a drencher. I lived on Okinawa for four years, and the amount of water flow from this head is akin to a monsoon deluge. It's an absolutely wonderful full body shower experience. I've only used it for a week, and I live in a very hard water municipality, so I know this is not an install it and forget it device. Since I abhor water softener systems, I know I'll have to use some CLR or a vinegar soak every six-nine months. That's not a big deal for me, but if you're looking for a no-maintenance shower head, considering the number and size (very small) holes, I don't think this head will keep going and going and going in a hard-water environment without a little maintenance. Pros: monsoon quantity with a full body shower head that doesn't need an extension bar to be effective. Cos: none so far, but I anticipate regular maintenance in a hard-water environment. Bottom line: Great value and excellent performance
