Good box for keeping the electrics dry during 'outdoor lights season'. It's nice and big too, so you can get a fair bit in there (smaller boxes are okay, but getting a socket, a timer, some sort of splitter and then those long transformers all lights seem to have these days into them can be a squeeze - not so with this. One thing I'd say... the lid has two ways to stick down. The first is with the side handles which sort of clip over the top of it, holding it down. The second is some little lugs which clip over the bottom of the rim of the base. Those little lugs are nigh on impossible to fully clip down though. Thankfully, the simpler side handles seem to be more than adequate. Note also there's no way to 'lock' the box, even against an opportunist prankster/family member. All in all though, nice and big, easy to use, very much water proof against the inevitable rain we've had for the last few days.

Brought for all the Christmas lights, plenty of room for a four plug extension lead and all the plugs/adapters. Really sturdy box with a clip down lid, kept everything dry. Will come in handy for the garden in the summer. Pleased with my purchase.

Excellent and waterproof box for outside electrical connections, Features removable rubber inserts on cable entries to accommodate different sizes of cables. Lid clips are tough and sturdy. Just one slight niggle: because the lid is recessed it collects rainwater, which (obviously) just sits there for days, hence proving its waterproof.

I use mine outside to protect and shelter a multi-socket at Christmas time. It works exactly as needed, has plenty of space (for a 4-plug extension chord, 5 works but can be snug) and it is a very sturdy build to ensure good sealing and weather-proofing.

Excellent value for a very reliable and effective outdoor electrical dry box. We already had one of these which has been in use with various mains electic tools over the last 4 + years so we were happy to buy a second one to take to our caravan to extend the reach of our new Ninja mains powered BBQ. This is a much more cost effective way of safely using mains devices without having to replace with expensive battery ones or get outdoor sockets installed especially for occasional use. Highly recommend.

Having had a smaller one for years and still going strong and totally dry. This box will easily take 2 - 4 gang extensions. I have tried several different outdoor supposedly dry boxes but Dry Box really does keep those connections dry. I bought a brand new box on Amazon looked good half full of water on the first rainfall Utter rubbish! I have a review of that one somewhere on Amazon. Get this one I can thourghly recommend it.

Arrived ok and on time Nice box. Quality very good, but really for me could have been a little deeper.seals kept coming out had to re stick.

Die Box benutze ich für meine Weihnachtsbeleuchtung. Sie ist perfekt von der Größe her für eine Verlängerung mit Netzteilen und Kabelüberlängen. Der Rand des Deckels ist weit nach unten gezogen, damit kein Wasser in die Box eindringen kann. Ich hatte die Box 6 Wochen im ungeschützten Außenbereich und der Innenraum war wirklich trocken trotz Sturms und sehr starkem Regen. Für mich eine klare Kaufempfehlung!

The seal compound at the cable entry/exit points is amazingly squishy :) :( I accidentally discarded the cable retention bits so it's a little fiddly to close while keeping the cables centered in the seal area... don't throw them out!

Das ist bereits meine zweite Box. Zwischendurch habe ich andere Modelle ausprobiert, aber keine war so geräumig wie diese. Sie bietet genug Platz für eine größere Steckerleiste und sogar für mehrere klobige Stecker. Die Box ist absolut wasserdicht – beide stehen bei mir komplett ungeschützt draußen und funktionieren trotzdem seit langem völlig zuverlässig. Wenn ich wieder eine brauche, dann definitiv erneut dieses Modell.
