Can you purchase extra cotton pads

I think you can use standard cotton pads, the item I bought didn't come with any in the package

Hi, is this waterproof? How do I clean it?

I’m not sure if the device is fully waterproof, but you put toner on the cotton pads and then on the metal part so I assume that bit is. Once I have used the device with toner/serum, I usually just clean the plate with rubbing alcohol, witch hazel or apple cider vinegar to get rid of any residue.

Can this be used around the eyes
