32cm Baking Oven Trays, Twin Pack (Set of 2), Teflon Non Stick, British Made

During the pandemic I have been doing a lot more cooking and baking than usual and needed to buy more baking trays. These trays were of a decent quality and genuinely non-stick. I found that I didn't need to put kitchen foil on the trays before use, as I had been doing with my old tray. I also found that they were very good at making the food crispy. For example, I regularly make sweet potato fries and I found that if I heated the tray in the oven before adding the sweet potatoes, this made the fries really nice and crispy (not always easy with sweet potatoes). The trays were also very easy to clean. I stick them in the dishwasher but they are very easily washed by hand. They were reasonably priced and altogether were a good buy.

These do the job and for the price I'm really happy with them. Being slightly smaller is a good thing as I can pretty much fit them side by side in the oven when doing a roast and needing to cook a lot of things at once. They have washed easy and still look good after a few weeks of a decent amount of use.

The trays themselves are OK although rather flimsy. The main problem though was trying to remove the sticky label stuck on the inside of the top tray. Despite soaking it for over a day, the paper part of the label came away but left the glue on the tray. I had to use a scourer to remove this, and even so there is still some stickiness left. I don't think I'll be able to use this tray for cooking, so in effect I have paid for only one usable tray. Hence my ratings - would have been higher if it hadn't been for the label. Maybe they should just use loose ones instead of gluing them to the tray.

As others have noted, these tend to buckle if they're in the oven for a while. This didn't surprise me; I've had similar baking trays and it should be fairly obvious that anything metal and as thin as this is going to buckle when it reaches 200 degrees. If I'm baking something which would be upset by being in a buckling tray, like a whole tray full of brownies or something, I'll use a thicker one which doesn't buckle, but these are great for what I mostly use them for, which is just sticking frozen food on them to bake for dinner. The non-stick means they clean perfectly, and they're very thin so they don't take up much space in my dishwasher, either; I have trouble getting larger trays in. Not sure how long these are going to last, but at ~ £6 each, they're not going to need to last long to make them better value for money than most.

These are fine for what they are. They’re smaller than we expected so check your measurements before you order. They’re quite thin and light so if you want high quality or heavy trays go elsewhere. Still, can’t complain too much for the price.

Pourquoi n'ai je pas investi plus tôt dans ce genre de plaques? Tout à un prix ,mais la ça vaut vraiment le coup. Réalisation et cuisson au top,pas besoin de graisser au préalable . Je recommande ce produit.

Ich benutze die Bleche nur für Kekse. Habe 4 Stück davon. Kein Ankleben, leicht zu säubern. Klar könnte man auch ein grosses Blech nutzen, muss man aber nicht.
