RELD Professional Head Gasket Tester Combustion Leak Test Kit Detector CO2 with Box and 17oz CO2 Reaction Liquid

Had adapter to fit radiator fill cap and quickly verified I had a blown head gasket. :-(

Used this immediately on a car we had just purchased. We suspected it had a head gasket leak but there was no true indication other than overheating. Cooling fan was also out so which one was the problem? This kit showed it as head gasket. Pulled the head and sure enough it was a blown head gasket probably caused by fan being out. Saved a lot of troubleshooting time. Completely satisfied money well spent!

This was the first time I've used a tester like this. The components arrived and were as advertised. I've run one test and during that test the coolant pushed into the text fluid chamber but I think I got a reliable result. The components are of decent quality. I felt like there could have been better instructions, especially with some tips on what to do if your coolant is about to breach the test fluid chamber. Overall I would recommend this product.

Great product and great price nice kit

Only thing about this product the fluid was great when I got it instead of blue. The only thing you have to do is when you pour the fluid in the clear container to test the radiator fluid. Pum it a few times and it will turn blue then text it. Pumping it a few time remove any gas or andlything in the fluid that might turn it green, maybe even from sitting a long time. Then when your finish testing pump it again to bring I back to blue then put it back in the bottle. You can reuse it. The fluid on my vehicle only tuned green and that's because my gasket leak was not bad. If it's real bad I assume it will turn completely yellow. Great product

Very good kit. If you already have a coolant pressure tester kit with the quick release caps it fits them allowing you to connect this to more types of coolant reservoir tanks. Only issue is it comes with no instructions on what section to actually put the detection fluid in.

Like it and tested my car on spot to decide the next action

Worked very well, thanks to its system, you can prevent liquid entering the upper part, so you don't need to remove any coolant from the system before the test, or at least that is what I believe.
