It looks white but is clear when you put it on

No it isn’t. If you look at the ingredients it contains Parfum which is fragrance. This is a known skin irritant and is drying for the skin, especially on thin layers of skin such as the lips so I would avoid. Hope this helps :)

I didn’t see anything on it indicating it is vegan when I looked.

Is it stick like lipstick, or its cream and you need to squeeze that out and use with finger?

It’s a stick, like shown in the photo. Looks like a lipstick and it’s one that you wind up from the bottom. Hope that helps
