I workout a lot, is the glue really water proof

It depends. I would go for Ghost Bond Supreme or Platinum as it has a higher heat and moisture resistance. In either case you need to make sure your skin is really clean and swiped off with alcohol before applying the bond. "No Sweat" Anti-perspirant by Prohairlabs will help reduce sweating on your scalp and thus better hold. Do not workout or wash your hair within 48 hours after application and try to really let it dry out (air conditioning does magic on the bond).

Can I use this to glue toppik hair fibres to my eyebrows? My brows are sparse.

Is this a perminate glue or will it remove after a few washes. Also what happens if I get it on my hair please?

Lasts about 2 weeks. Warm soapy water comb through if necessary.

Roughly how many applications does one bottle contain?

I re-apply mine every week and I’ve still got quite a lot left after 2 months , but I’ve had to buy 2 bottles within that time because when you use the bottle the glue gets stuck in applicator and it has exploded on me twice causing most the product to be wasted.
