Can this pencil be used to add an artist’s name to a very dark background colored pencil painting?

I would say that it would work quite well. It's a very strong white and since it writes on plastic and glass, it would definitely show in/on top of dark colored pencil.

Will this work on felt? Tracing on the design before beading?

I have used them on fabrics of all types, should work on felt as well.

How well will the markings stay on glass when using a ring saw and grinder to cut and grind stained glass? Both use water

I doubt it would stay on as water washes it off

Can these be used as a rectal probe?
