Super sharp, great grippy non-slip handle, plastic cover for storage, lightweight enough to be easy to use but sturdy enough to last. Perfect size to go across my mixer bowl. Revolutionised the way we grate cheese and vegetables! Far easier to use than a standard grater in my opinion, just need to be careful as the grates are quite sharp.Great value for money, very well-made and now a staple in our kitchen.

This is an excellent zester/grater. It's well made, sturdy and comes with a safety cover and a little brush to clean out any stuck particles as well as a 5 year guarantee with the option to extend by a further 6 months. The safety cover is needed as this grater is razor sharp. After my first use of it, I washed it very carefully but forgot to only wipe in one direction and it ripped shreds off the wash up sponge! So this is definitely a lethal piece of kitchen equipment and I'd keep it well away from young children. However, its zesting capabilities are above and beyond.

was as described, i used it to grate ginger, and was fab. just be careful as it is very sharp as i discovered when i cut my knuckle along with the ginger, but a good item for the kitchen

Easy to use and clean.

Used for the first time today - Wonderfully sharp and efficient in zesting a lemon. Having previously had a microplane, this product definitely seems to be up to standard, for a much lower price. Quality really does seem good, good size to pop in the draw and also comes with a plastic guard for safety. 10/10 would recommend!

Obtienes muy fácilmente la ralladura de limón y naranja sin llegar a la parte blanca amarga, excelente filo, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Ho acquistato questa grattugia Deiss PRO e ne sono davvero soddisfatto. La lama in acciaio inox è finemente affilata e permette di grattugiare facilmente Parmigiano Reggiano, limone, zenzero, cioccolato e altre verdure o frutta senza fatica.Il manico ergonomico giallo è molto comodo e offre una presa sicura anche durante un uso prolungato. Mi piace molto anche la protezione trasparente per la lama, che la mantiene al sicuro e igienica quando non la uso.In più, la spazzolina inclusa è perfetta per pulire bene la grattugia senza rovinare la lama, e il tutto è lavabile in lavastoviglie, cosa che rende la pulizia molto pratica.La qualità complessiva è ottima, si nota il design tedesco ben studiato. Je suis vraiment impressionnée par ce zesteur Deiss Pro! La lame est extrêmement tranchante et permet d'obtenir des zestes très fins sans atteindre la partie blanche des agrumes. Il est aussi parfait pour râper le parmesan, le chocolat, le gingembre, l'ail ou la muscade avec un minimum d'effort.La poignée est confortable, offre une excellente prise en main et l'outil se nettoie très facilement. J'apprécie également son étui protecteur, qui permet de le ranger en toute sécurité.C'est un ustensile robuste, efficace et polyvalent qui a rapidement trouvé sa place dans ma cuisine. Je le recommande sans hésiter à tous ceux qui aiment cuisiner avec des ingrédients frais et ajouter une touche de saveur à leurs plats!
