Got this bin for recycling, and it's perfect. Easy to clean, sturdy, a good size, and looks great next to the smaller three pack I got for general waste and other recycling. I like that the lid stays open rather than having to be held while you put things into it. The top was stiff to remove the first few times, and I was afraid the plastic would be brittle and crack. Happy to be proved wrong and I highly recommend this item.

A very good bin. Holds loads of recycling before going to the big bin.

We use this bin for our recycling outside our back door to replace the open top box we previously used which was not practical when it rained! This is perfect and very satisfying to put the recycling into in comparison with what we had before! The contents stays mostly dry when it rains, we find when the lid is lifted the rain from the lid can run inside, but someone else’s review on here mentioned the same issue and they managed to invent a solution to help prevent this. The bin seems substantial in size and good quality. Would recommend.

I like this bin as it is exactly what I needed. It is reasonably compact and takes 15kg of dry dog food with a good couple of inches to spare. It stops most of the smell, and prevents my lab from getting at his food. Not that I leave him alone with it anyway because I'm sure he could work out how to lift the lid given enough time. However it serves its purpose, keeps my kitchen clean and tidy. Recommended for use as dry food storage although the lid isn't sealed air tight so don't expect it to work for long term storage.
