Just a described
I love Amazon Prime. On top of getting these quickly, they worked great. We didn't use them with the modular closet they are designed for though. We had custom a closet built by our trim/hardwood guys during a remodel. They spaced shelves to 24", so we were actually able to buy these baskets, drill & screw in the rails, then slide them in. A perfect fit!

Inspect for faulty brackets!
The brackets on this item were faulty! The tracks that attach to the system were not able to hold the rolling wheels secure and allow for proper rolling. Upon close inspection it appears that the tracks were most likely rejects as they were not “bent” the same. What a waste of money!

I use this everyday
I put up the basic system with professional help but there was not enough room under the bottom shelf to install the basket as shown in the illustration. The men had to affix the basket tracks to the shelf above. Too bad, I lost some shelf storage space but the basket works great.

Great customer service
Love these baskets and my new closet. Easy to install and glide smoothly. One basket I bought did not come with the tracks to attach it to the sides, but contacting Easy Track's customer service team was incredibly easy and they sent me out the parts I needed the next day. 👍🏼👍🏼

Quality was disappointing.
We bought an entire Easy Track system to upgrade our walk-in corner pantry. I was disappointed in the quality of the rollers on the slide attached to the basket. Additionally, no instructions were provided on correct orientation to mount to the shelves.

Good Accessible Closet Storage Add-On
We installed an Easy Track closet system in our Master closet. In the towers, we wanted the flexibility of shelves and drawers. In addition to solid drawers, we installed several of these baskets as well. They install easily and hold quite a bit as long as it's not ridiculously heavy. The spaces between the wires are a little larger than I'd like and you won't be able to put small things in this basket but that's what the solid drawers are for!

Update to my previous post...nice sliding baskets
Update to my previous 3 star post because of a shipment snafu...i bought 2 of these baskets to put in a coat closet I was making. I'm finished with the closet now. They are really nice to put gloves and hats in. They slide in and out really nice too
