Brother TZe-131 Labelling Tape Cassette, 12 mm (W) x 8 m (L), Laminated, Brother Genuine Supplies - Black on Clear

I'm using this tape in my new Brother P710 Cube Plus printer, and the results it gives me are excellent! The print is crisp and has great contrast, the split backing tape is easy to peel off, and the labels stick well to surfaces. I'm a happy bunny! This particular 12mm black on clear tape is excellent for discreetly labelling all manner of things, and it's what I use most. I keep a spare cartridge in my printer case, as you can see in my photo. I also have black on solid colour tapes if I want labels that draw more attention to themselves. Plus, I keep a stock of the extra strength glue version for labels in damp or high traffic areas. There are cheaper third party "after market" options out there, but in my experience the original Brother product performs better, and lasts longer. As the saying goes, buy cheap, buy twice.

Tried ‘compatible’ cassettes. They just don’t work. The Brother brand ones last for ages and work! Worth spending the extra money.

What can you say about laminated tape? I am using it on plant labels and so far it is living up to the claims that it is waterproof. It is important to read all the information about printing as it is very easy to waste tape, which it is not cheap!

This is labelling tape manufactured by Brother. I've bought it many times before from different retailers. The quality doesn't change. It "does what it says on the tin". The only factor is price, and in this case, the price was better than other retailers. It was also sent promptly packaging. I think the delivery was free, but can't remember.

Product as described and working as expected.

You can buy cheaper knock-off tapes but I would rather spend a bit more and get the genuine article. As a RC model flyer I'm using the tapes to display the CAA registration number that is now required for all "drone" aircraft.

I got what I ordered. I think the black on clear gives you more options. This was my first refill and I was impressed how easy it was to put into the machine. Would recommend and order again.

無難に使いやすいです。透明のマットタイプも買ってみたけどそっちはマットなので目立ってしまってこちらの普通のほうが好き。ブラック系のものには貼れないので透明テープに白文字のも買ってます。やはり純正が一番ですね。高いけど品質がよく安心です。10本ほど純正テープ購入してますが結局よく使うのはそのうち3本ぐらい… マット系のほうがオシャレなので白テープや黒テープ、グレーテープとマットタイプを愛用してますが透明テープだけは普通のやつが一番好きです。いまいち透明マットの使いみちがわからない…
