Can you use this on fabric?

Don't see why not because it's a permanent ink isn't it and waterproof once it's fully dry.

I wondered if this can be used for stamping kids uniform?

If it needs to be washed use Stazon black ink instead, made by the same company I think. It’s waterproof and dries very fast. Or Sharpie pens they are washable too

Is this ink suitable for use with Alcohol markers (Spectrum Noir)

Hi ........ I use spectrum noir markers as background colours and stamp on top them with all my ink pads. Archival is brilliant as long as you ensure the ink / paint below is dry. You cant go wrong with Archival , to my mind its the best black all rounder ink pad.......waterproof too :-) Hope this helps. Kind Regards Mandy R
