The Gold Standard for Toddler Vitamins — Not Going Back to Gummies
We’ve been using MaryRuth’s Organic Toddler Multivitamin Drops for a while now, and after a brief detour into gummy vitamin territory, we are firmly back and not looking back. Why We Love ItThe ingredient list is what hooked me first. USDA Organic, completely sugar-free, sweetened only with organic stevia, and a genuinely clean formula: vitamins A, C, D3, E, and B complex, plus zinc and choline — all the bases you want covered for a toddler. No fillers, no artificial anything. For parents who care about what goes into their kids’ bodies, this one checks every box.Gummies Are Not Worth ItWe switched to gummies briefly because they seemed easier and more exciting for our 2.5-year-old. Then his dentist flagged them — the sticky consistency clings to teeth and is genuinely problematic for little ones who can’t brush perfectly. We went right back to the drops. If your child’s dentist hasn’t brought this up yet: gummies and toddler teeth are not a great combination. The Taste Passes the Toddler TestThe orange-vanilla flavor is mild and pleasant — not artificially sweet or overwhelming. We started by mixing the 2mL daily dose into his water, which worked great. Now he just opens his mouth and asks for it straight from the dropper. I’m careful to never let the dropper actually touch his mouth to keep the bottle from getting contaminated — easy enough to manage. The fact that a toddler voluntarily requests his vitamins every day says everything.Bottom LineIf you’re weighing drops vs. gummies for a young child, I’d strongly encourage drops — both for dental health and ingredient quality. MaryRuth’s has made that an easy choice. Clean label, no sugar, organic, and toddler-approved. We keep a backup bottle on hand so we never run out.

Love!
I love how clean the ingredients are in this vitamin, which is a big deal for me when it comes to my toddler. It’s a liquid, which makes it much easier than gummies or chewables, and I can mix it into juice if needed. The taste is mild enough that my toddler doesn’t fight it, which is honestly half the battle.Pros:• Clean, organic ingredients• Easy to administer (liquid form)• Toddler actually tolerates the tasteCons:• A little pricey for the size• Needs to be used consistently to see benefitsVerdict: Worth it for peace of mind — I’ll keep repurchasing.

Good Organic Multivitamin with Toddler-Friendly Taste
The MaryRuth Organics Kids Multivitamin has a pleasant taste that most toddlers seem to accept without too much fuss, which is a big plus. The ingredients are clean and vegan-friendly, and I like that it’s free from artificial colors and added sugars. The liquid format makes dosing easy, though it can get a bit sticky if spilled.Overall, it’s a good option for parents looking for a gentle, organic multivitamin with simple ingredients. I can’t speak to long-term results, but it’s been well-tolerated and convenient for daily use. It’s a high quality vitamin and ensures your child is getting all the vitamins they need!

Taste is not great but pairs up with orange or apple juice well
Amazing vitamin for toddlers. I mix it up with orange juice every morning and it has helped with immunity support during winter and spring

Great Product
This is a staple in our house for our toddler. He loves how it tastes and we mix this with the Mary Ruth Probiotics in a medicine cup and he calls it his "nummies".

Concentrated but can work around that

My toddler loves it
We’ve tried a few of these and overall they’ve been easy to use. The liquid form makes it simple to give to a toddler, and my son doesn’t mind the taste.Feels like a convenient way to support daily nutrition without a struggle. No issues so far, no side effects.

It is a MUST HAVE for TODDLERS!
How did I not know this before!? if you have a toddler you know how many times they can get sick. I've been using this product for 2 months now and it is a GAME CHANGER. I have an almost 2 yrs old and a 6 month old and since starting using this product my toddler seems to be more energetic and most important she is not getting sick from all the germs at daycare, in fact I got a nasty virus and she didn't get it. The price is a little on the high side, but it is so worth it! I add this to her milk and she does not seem to notice it so it is easy to give it, even with the vanilla and orange flavor it doesn't seem to affect or change the smell or taste of the milk.
