Pathetic- this is the 2nd time i replacing the product. 1st time it came without a box in a used condition with visible scratches on the lid. 2nd time when I received it today it's not charging as the cable couldnt be inserted properly as the moulding in the charging bracket is not properly aligned.

It as was the best product till date ...but it's durability is worst ..I bought it on March and it's November right now and it has stopped working....please let me know it I can replace my product....not worth money ...please improve its life

Stopped charging after 2 months :(
Shaker was working fine initially, however abruptly stopped getting charged or working in just 2 months of buying. Terrible and disappointing.

Suelo salir sin desayunar de casa, y este producto a facilitado mi vida puedo hacer mis batidos en cualquier parte! Incluso sin tener conexión a energía consoló que siempre lo mantengas cargado te funcionará su batería tarda mucho y hace buenos batidos incluso si agregas hielo

I loved this blender but only lasted about 3 months. I used it everyday for my protein drink.
Used everyday for 3 months then it started not working right. Would turn on when not on and wouldn’t turn on when needed. Made me sad.
