FIFA 18 Ronaldo Pre-Order Edition (PS4)

Excellent update to the perfect football game; Career mode works much better and there is a lot to do for those of you who don't like to focus everything on Ultimate Team.

My son loves it, he had all the previous ones and this one excels them all for graphics, ability etc. Well worth paying that bit extra for.

Hard to get used to at first (like most fifas, but this one especially due to changes in defense and movement mechanics) but after a while I've found this to be one of the more enjoyable instalments, best looking one to date (which I guess you'd expect) and gameplay is usually slick and enjoyable, just wish ultimate team was a little less cynical and pay to win. Also can't get on with the career mode transfer center but perhaps that's just me.

The best Fifa I’ve had for a good while now even though it’s nearly finished had so much fun playing this one.

After playing this since launch the verdict is in. The complete overhaul to game play makes defending nonexistent. It's rugby style scorelines make this year's fifa completely unrealistic. This is without a doubt the worse fifa to be released. While squad battles is a good addition to ultimate team, champions cup is solely aimed at those that spend hundreds of extra pounds in fifa points as teams you go against are unplayable with the new, rubbish defence system or I should say lack of it. Seasons and pro clubs are again ignored to concentrate on the vast money maker that is ultimate team. If u want a game with realistic football look elsewhere. As stated the defending is broke with this year's fifa....

Graphics are hands down the best, personally I think the defending and goalkeeping are terrible. Goals from 30 yards Plus seem common place, games tend to have a ridiculous amount of goals in, regardless of formation. Playing against the computer seem to be able to string passes together like Barcelona at there best. Maybe for the experts it’s great, I’ve seen many reviews people bragging, but for your average joe like me who plays the game, and want to play a few games at the end of the week with your mates, it can be nothing short of frustrating at the best of times.
