Is this bench ok for someone 6 feet tall?

I bought it for my 6ft 4inch brother and as far as I know I works well - he just gets a bit near the ceiling!

Why so expensive? Is the quality good?

This Deck 2.0 is a high-quality professional fitness tool. The quality is excellent.
