Guohaoi Cooling Blanket for Hot Sleepers and Night Sweats 50"x70" Twin Size

I’m really happy with this cooling blanket. The fabric feels soft, smooth, and lightweight, making it very comfortable to sleep with, especially on warm nights. It has a nice cooling sensation when you first use it and helps prevent overheating without feeling too thin. The 90” x 90” size is perfect for a queen bed, and the gray striped design looks modern and elegant. The stitching appears well made, and the blanket arrived neatly packaged. After using it, I found it breathable and comfortable for all-night sleep. If you’re looking for a lightweight blanket that helps keep you cool, this is a great choice. I would definitely recommend it.

I’ve never had a cooling blanket and wasn’t sure what that actually was. This blanket is perfect! I struggle with the idea that I need to have a blanket on but I also get hot in the night and end up kicking it off, no matter how light. The blanket lets me have the comfort of having a blanket on while still staying cool. I’ve been sleeping through the night because I’m not waking up sweating.

Coming from someone who is hot all the time especially during the night time here is an honest review that a lot of people aren’t mentioning and might make or break your purchase for this blanket: This blanket has two different sides. One side which is the solid color side is made of a very lightweight fleece material that is soft and provides a moderate amount of warmth when your room gets chilly from an air conditioner or fan. The other side which has the design part of the blanket has a smooth, slightly slippery feel that reminds me of mesh, bathing suit like fabric (which really didn’t really bother me). This is the cooling side of the blanket, designed to absorb the cool air from your AC or fan. If you’re looking for the cooling effect, this is definitely the side you’ll want facing you. I deducted one star because the blanket isn’t consistently cold. The cooling sensation is strongest when you first put it on and tends to fade after a few minutes. However, throughout the night, as you move around, you’ll come across new cool spots, which is a nice. Overall, I would recommend this blanket if you’re looking for something lighter than your traditional blanket with a subtle cooling effect similar to when you flip your pillow and find it cold at night! It’s ideal for summer, spring, or early fall, but I think it works best in a room with an air conditioner or fan otherwise it misses the wow factor of this blanket. There isn’t technology in this blanket that will keep the blanket cold all night but the pure fact that the material keeps the blanket cold and that it’s significantly lighter than your average blanket.

This blanket is it. I have experienced many hot nights for decades and I do not have hot flashes. I live in Georgia so that should give a clue of how hot the summers are. I used to take my comforter off my body very often bc I would sweat during the night or even in the evening before going to sleep. This blanket has not failed me and I've used it every night for at least 3 weeks now. I use only this blanker and a top sheet. If the air gets too cool, I take a small throw blanket and put it on my legs, but that doesn't happen often right now. The throw blanket gives me the warmth I need to continue to rest comfortably. This blanket has made a huge difference with my sleep. I do not toss and turn during the night like I used to and I wake up feeling like I actually slept well. The blanket is not heavy at all. It's lightweight, easy to use but it is not too thin. I would definitely buy this as a gift because I know people who have hot flashes or sleep with several fans like me to stay cool.

I got the small throw size (50" x 70"), and it's been perfect for relaxing on the couch, taking naps, and even traveling. I loved the blanket at first but I hate the material of the non cooling side. It’s rough and not pleasant. Also forget trying to wash the thing because it turns into a huge knot. It was cooling for a few minutes but then got warm. It was nice and thin but still had some weight to it which was very nice. Great idea but poorly executed.

I got this blanket as a gift for my boyfriend and he loves it. We’ve had it for about 3 months now. We do keep our room cold but he runs warm. He said it’s the best gift he’s ever gotten. Stays nice and cool all night. Follow washing directions on blanket and do not use softener, scent beads, or dryer sheets with it. I wash it on cool and use downy rinse and refresh to make sure any sweat and waxy residues are stripped away. I usually let it air dry I’ve also used the air dry setting on dryer.

Es como cuando volteas tu almohada para sentir el lado frío. Durante la temporada de calor el año pasado me sirvió muchísimo. A veces lo ponía en mis pies únicamente, me ayudaba a regular mi temperatura y dormir bien. Se "calienta"/regresa a temperatura ambiente después de un rato, pero si tienes una corriente de aire o ventilador se mantiene frío. El lado contrario es normal así en verdad es un 2 en 1 Lo recomiendo y más en un tamaño que te alcance a cubrir al menos del pecho a los pies.

Not sure why I believed the reviews and bought this piece of junk. Too good to be true yup! my bad for buying this wast of money.

Very low quality, lot of cotton fluff balls and lint all over the sheet, even after repeated washing the lint doesn’t go away. Started triggering my dust allergy.
