Hornet 14929 - scooter scooter GS 200, pedal scooter Big Wheel, neon-green

I was looking at scooters from Decathalon and wasn't impressed by the quality for quite an expensive product. I took a punt on this one for a third of the price and its brilliant. I can finally keep up with a very energetic five year old. It doesn't rattle like some scooters and is very good on the not so smooth ground because of the large wheels. Folds flat so fits in the boot of the car easily.

I bought this item just after Christmas 2019 to get me from where I park to where I work, approximately a mile over a variety of surfaces, some rough, some smooth. I have to say I've been extremely pleased with this purchase. It folds up neatly in the back of the car, runs really well on most surfaces and is sturdy enough for a 70+ kg person. The rear footbrake isn't much use in the wet and your trouser legs tend to get wet from the spray off the back wheel in wet conditions but overall I would thoroughly recommend one for a cheap way to get about in a Town centre.

Much cheaper than other big wheeled scooter so wasn’t quite sure what to expect.Daughter is very pleased with it and the scooter has had many compliments, it does look nice. Seemed quite sturdy for the price, have tried using it myself a couple of times, the foot bit is very long and the handle height adjustable to as comfortable to use if you’re an adult.It’s really quite loud that’s the only downside.No idea how long it will last, but it’s been used several times a week for the last few months or so and it’s still fine.Would recommend.

Excellent scooter for the price. Looks good,rides smooth and is very fast. Just what my son wanted.

I'm very disappointed with this scooter. Ordered the first one, the box was damaged, the brake was bent, it smelt of cigarette smoke, and the stickers were porrly applied with lots of bubbles and creases. I requested a replacement item which arrived quickly and in better packaging. The smell was better however the stickers were still poorly applied in places and the grip tape had transfered from the brake to the main steering frame. It seems like this is very poor design and badly put together. We ended up keeping the second replacement because it was so close to Christmas and received a partial refund. The scooter rides fine, a little rickety at times but our son seems happy with it which is the main thing.

Nice but very shaky and a bit high platform. I was expecting a bit more from a brand like Hudora. I bought this one for my partner. The Razor scooter for my 7 yrs old is better made. Fast delivery though. Hope it last! Thanks

For the money, this scooter is amazing quality and very strong. The big wheels make it feel a lot better on rough patches of pavement etc. Definitely a good buy and its good for children and adults.
