despite the product description saying this has fish gelatine, it actually contains bovine gelatine. Seller actually was adamant i had gotten this wrong and returning the item has been difficult- whilst both the seller and i were in agreement this would be returned however seller was extemely rude and making it sound like it was my fault for getting it wrong when the description was incorrect- not a pleasant seller to deal with in all honesty. i went on to buy product directly from the manyfacturer and it does contain fish gelatine when you buy it directly from Pharmanord. so please be aware.giving rating for 1 purely due to sellers attitude and misleading information. otherwise pharma nord is a great brand.

These did lower my cholesterol and also gave me a well-bring, nice, feeling. A bit expensive, but I did ask the pharmacist at my husband's hospital about these. She took the packet away, came back to me, and told me "These are really great, if you can afford to take them. They work, and if you take prescription medicines you would need to have them reassessed. So there you have it. They do work. But, if you take prescription meds check them with your GP, as you may need your doctor's meds to be adjusted. My husband could've taken them too, but, all of his 14 prescription drugs would have had to be altered and would've needed a reassessment. And if he'd stopped taking them because they are expensive, he would've again needed a reassessment. That's how well these work. I take them every day. And they lowered my cholesterol

Brought the more expensive brand expecting a little more than the alternate cheaper versions, did absolutely nothing for me.

I have been taking Pharma Nord Bio-Quinone Q-10 for many years. They were recommend to me by a friend. It's an excellent product and I wouldn't take any other brand. They are easy to swallow, I take two a day morning and evening. I tell everyone how good they are. I take these instead of statins, statins kill you off, these Bio-Quinone Q-10 don't. Well in my case they haven't.

The product was very well packed, it arrive quickly, did not have to contact the seller, and would recommend the seller and would definitely order again when needed.

I use these and swap over with their Bio-Ubiquinol version so I'm getting best of both :-)

I was recommended to use these tablets and to be honest I thought it would not make a difference but they have made a difference and i feel different overall. feel like doing things where's before just did not want to do anything active.

Have used for many years as advised by my doctor, have found them very good at helping with fatigue when taking statins.
