Allermyl Dog Cat Shampoo 200ml Bottle

My teacup longhaired Chihuahua suffers from heyfever and dermatitis and during the hotter weather has more skin breakouts causing him to itch more and his delicate skin to scab. Whilst he seems lovely and fluffy, his fur is very fine and a very pale cream and beige. I don't like him taking steroids regularly, but of course I do try to get him to take when things are really bad. (He's terrible at taking tablets). However, his vet recommended this shampoo and some prescription cream to try instead of steroids. It appears to be working well, he's had less breakouts and doesn't seem to be itching as much. Only down side is you need to wash coat in the shampoo once, then immediately wash again but leave on for a minimum of ten minutes before washing off. Also recommended to bath dog in the shampoo twice a week, so time consuming treatment for my tiny dog, might not be such a good idea for larger dogs given time it needs to remain on the coat. Also it's not recommended to let your dogs coat to dry naturally when they have a skin condition. Whilst it was prescribed for my dog on prescription I was surprised but delighted I could purchase prescription free from Amazon and circa £8/£10 cheaper than Vet prescription price. Recommended if you're happy to spend the time.

My Yorkie has very sensitive skin and he has been on all sorts of medication for the scabs that were covering his back. He had a lot of hair loss too. This shampoo has cleared his skin up, his coat is glossy and his hair is becoming thick again. His vet was taken aback when Sam went for a checkup. He's never seen it as it used to be. Sam still has to take weekend antibiotics, for his underbelly flare ups, but to see his hair so beautifully healthy is a treat. All the antibiotics gave him a yeast problem on his legs and paws, so much that he was limping, but a daily shampooing has cleared this up too. Sams problems are lifelong since all tests rule out other causes, so I'm very grateful for this shampoo.

My dog, a patterdale terrier, has always suffered with a skin condition called allergic dermatitis. We have tried so many different shampoos and treatments for him but nothing seemed to work long term. This has a odd consistancy and is more an oil than a shampoo, I found that I needed to use more than I expected to get a lather but after his bath my dog seemed to be much happier. It has now been 5 days since his bath and he hasn't been scrathing at all!! I am amazed, this product is very expensive but it's worth it if it makes him more comfortable.

I have been using this shampoo on my Shih Tzu for approx 18 months now after first being given it by my vet. My pup gets very itchy paws and 'hot spots' under his front legs (armpits). The shampoo seems to stop the itching for a few days but has no long term effect and he has to be bathed at least once, if not twice a week. Having read a few worrying things about some of the ingredients, (apparently they have stopped selling it in California?) I have decided to switch to an organic, oatmeal based shampoo to see if this is any better.

Vet recommended this shampoo for our cat. Our cat was wearing a cone, so couldn't self wash. This worked really well and left his coat very soft and fluffy. Will probably use once every few months or so going forward. Good product.

Only used it three times but there seems to be an improvement in my dogs skin. I have a problem squeezing the shampoo out as the plastic bottle is hard so I just unscrewed the top. It lathers well and rinses easily . Will continue using it.

Nachdem unser Bully, wenn er einmal anfing, exessiv seine Pfote zu bearbeiten, sich blutig geleckt und gebissen hat, sie sich entzündete und selbst eine Salbe und Antibiotikum vom Tierarzt nicht halfen, empfohl mir meine Arbeitskollegin dieses Schampoo... Er hat sich wohl mal verletzt, was das ganze auslöste. Ich war sehr skeptisch, aber viel falsch konnte man ja nicht mehr machen. Nach nur einmaligem waschen, war es direkt besser. Er liess seine Pfote in Ruhe. Mittlerweile ist die Pfote abgeheilt, kein lecken, beissen oder ähnliches. Der Juckreiz wurde genommen, was kein Mittel hinbekommen hat und somit konnte alles schön verheilen. Eine super Empfehlung. Der Geruch ist völlig neutral. Klare Kaufempfehlung.

Das ist wirklich der Hammer! War letzte Woche mit meinem Washington (american bulldog) 13 Wochen alt beim doc. Er hatte sich ständig gekratzt, teilweise brustwarzen schon blutig! :-( tat mir unendlich leid der kleine! Haut unterm Bauch stark gerötet. Diagnose wahrscheinlich irgendeine Gräser Allergie! ? Diese Woche drei mal angewendet. Juckreiz nahezu komplett weg!! Wir freuen uns tierisch! Vielen Dank für dieses super Produkt!

Meine Bolonka Hündin hat sich die Pfoten immer wund bis blutig gelegt. Schlaflose Nächte gab es jede Menge. Sie hat eig weiße Beine und sie waren zum Schluss schon Kupfer-rot. seitdem ich das Shampoo nutze hat sie wieder ruhige Nächte und die Beine haben sich hut erholt. Das "Kupfer" wächst raus und die Pfoten werden langsam wieder weiß.Ich wünschte uch hätte es schon ehr entdeckt. Super Produkt! Ich hoffe das es noch vielen 4 Beinern helfen kann

über die Wirksamkeit kann ich natürlich jetzt noch nicht sagen, muss es erst einmal mindestens 2 Wochen anwenden. kam ein über den anderen Tag !Nach der ersten Wäsche sah das Fell deutlich besser aus.

Hallo, also meine Schäferhündin und ich sind total zufrieden , weil das Fräulein sich tatsächlich noch mit acht Jahren selber hinten am Rücken knabbern kann weil es sie so juckt habe ich ein Shampoo gesucht das den juckreiz lindert. Nach drei Wochen ist endlich Schluss mit knabbern und kratzen und sie ist jetzt tiefen entspannt ich kann dieses Shampoo nur empfehlen ;-)
