Don't see why you couldn't hang it just needs to be glued and framed properly with glass. Just very big so suitable hooks and fixings.

Where the hell can you find a frame for this?

I bought it for my son so finding a frame hasn’t come up yet. Perhaps a made to measure will be the solution.
