I am really pleased with the quality of these selenium tablets. I take as part of my thyroid supplementation. Excellent quality, small and easy to swallow. Health leads uk are a great company, they do not use nasty fillers or cheap ingredients either. I use quite a few of their products

I take these alongside lugols iodine daily, to aid absorption, great tiny capsules! Good value for money!
