By looking at it I would say no.

Is this branded maximuscle or maxinutrition? they rebranded to maxinutrition a while ago so if it's maximuscle the expiry date must be close.

My date was a year after receiving the product and branded maxi muscle

Sounds abit stupid I know but my biceps ain’t getting any bigger would this help?

This does work, but you have to kill yourself in the gym by lifting heavy, and volume. Then you must have 8 to 9 hrs sleep, eat normal ensuring you eat enough protein and rest at least 3 or more days between workouts. That's how i have done it and I am definitely seeing growth. Cons. This product is now a silly price over £40, I bought it on offee for just over £17 so tried it. I am running out so I think i will buy cheaper whey protein and buy the creatine etc seperately and mix it in myself, Breaking Bad, here I come.

Is the measuring spoon included?

Yes each and every tub comes with its own scoop... You may have to dig deep amongst the powder to find it
