This is the first time I have used these, I normally use the Deep Freeze gel. The patches are sticky and depending where you are putting them this could be tricky and a bit of a faff. I found the initial ‘chill’, once the patch is in place, is more subtle than the gel, but it’s definitely there, and less mess. There has been a tendency for the edges of the patch to roll up and get caught on clothing which has been annoying. But price wise I think it’s very reasonable. Not sure I’d buy again.

I not sure but I feel a bit unstable when I apply it. Also I feel no difference between hot and cold maybe the hot is better. Also the patch has no adhesive so It's doesn't stay along in the place

I find that pain is the worse thing. Many types of pain can be relieved by Deep Freeze as it numbs the painful part. Well worth buying for the time you know a particular place responds to cold.

Ottimo prodotto laddove sia necessara terapia del freddo. La spedizione è stata rapida e precisa. Tuttavia non mi aspettavo di dover pagare una tassa doganale di circa 7 euro: credo che andrebbe esplicitato in fase di ordine.
