I used this container to store cooking oil. After reading earlier reviews on reduced capacity for storage than what is mentioned in the product details I chose a 6 liter container to store 5 liters of oil & this decision was good. It is a sturdy container with tight lid which is excellent for storage. Happy with the purchase.

This is ok but with SMMEET I WAS ACTUALLY EXPECTING LITTLE BIT BETTER FINISHING , it looks very cheap !

Really very strong and nice product

It is good for storing semi liquid items like ghee etc. It appears glossy and sturdy.

Pros:The vessel is a single piece construction without joints and the thickness is adequate.The lid closes in on the mouth without leaving any gap, so one doesn't have to worry about insects entering inside.The is easy to open and close the lid, it is neither too tight nor too loose: just perfect.It can hold one liter of content comfortably.Cons:The actual weight inclusive of the lid is only 390 grams instead of 560 grams as advertised.The effective capacity is just over 1000 ml when the lid is closed in, instead of 1250 ml as advertised.Should looks matter for you, the welds for attaching the handles are a too obvious (see pic attached). Also the welds do not appear to be very strong.Since I got it for Rs. 463 during a deal, it seems value for money to me. As I intend to use this a a ghee (clarified butter) pot, the actual capacity would be more than sufficient as most commercial ghee packs retail in 900ml instead of 1 liter packs. However I would have preferred a slightly larger capacity so that I do not have to wait for the pot to empty before replenishing it. Also end of the spoon handle would have stayed clear of the liquid, had the product had more headspace to spare.
