This charging dock works very well and charges the controllers quickly. It’s easy to use, compact, and the LED lights make it clear when the controller is charging or fully charged. It keeps everything organized and avoids using cables. The only downside is that it only works properly with original PS4 controllers. Generic or third party controllers do not fit correctly in the base and won’t charge.

This charging station is awesome. The USB port on my PS4 controller is loose so I had to constantly fight with the cable it to get it to charge. I purchased a non-official controller, which worked fine however the battery runs out quickly so I had to charge it constantly. Yes, you can play while the controller is charging but that is super annoying and likely the reason my USB port went bad. This charging station solves both problems. It uses the bottom port on the controller to charge so the faulty USB port is no longer an issue. It charged both controllers quickly with zero problems. If you have a generic controller, you can use this as long as there is a port located under the PS button. If you have multiple controllers, this thing will keep you gaming. I also like the lights - blue means fully charged, red means charging and there is a light for each charge port. They are easy to see but not overly bright so they are not distracting. The controllers snap into the station easily and charge quickly. A charging cord is included but you will need a wall plug or a way to power the cord. The charging station is lightweight but seems well-built. Definitely a worthy purchase and I recommend.

I bought this charging dock as my other one was no longer charging my controllers properly. I was impressed with the design as my old one required me to turn my controller upside down. Where this charger design uses the bottom of the controller for charging. The screen lights up red if the controller is charging and green when completed. My controllers were charged very quickly and held a charge for a long time allowing for maximum play time. Would buy again and recommend.
