Which is better in this face and body wash and sebamed shower oil

Seba med face and body wash is an excellent healthy skin product, have used it for years , it's a green colour. The one with olive is also very good, it's a white coloured wash and a bit more moisturising . I like the original ( without olive) best, but use both.

Is this product ok as a hand wash?

Yes you can even use this as a hand wash - will be silky and soft. However will lack a lot of fragrance. Also this is a very big bottle and may be too big for a small basin

Does this wash help with facial spots??

Hi, I don't think this is what it is for. It is mild enough for the face however, but as I am prone to spots myself I only use it if I have nothing else available, for instance if I'm away from home and forget my facial wash. I would use a cleanser more specific for spots and a gentle toner. Good luck, hope this helps!
