We bought 2 packs of 2. The first was broken in the packet, the second broke as we attached it. The third made it as far as being put on the plane but had come off at the other side and the final one snapped on our way home. Absolutely garbage as a product. Thin brittle plastic and dodgy strap. Do not buy

For some reason I was expecting two, my mistake. Does have plastic cover to keep address label dry. seems quite sturdy.
