This is a scam everyone! I’m reporting them to a Trading Standards Officer for false advertising. The actual test they end up doing is some new age nonsense involving ‘bio resonance testing’. Really easy to follow and results were really quick. The results flagged up some issues I was already aware of, and other things highlighted make a lot of sense. The results were very thorough for the cost of the test, great value for money.

Very easy to complete, just send off a few strands of hair (I got carried away and uprooted a tuft so almost had to wear a hat for 6 weeks 🙄) then scan your QR code. Register your unique sample and send off. I was a bit confused as to why there was no specific address on the return envelope but apparently Royal Mail knows just where to send it like Santa letters. Results were fast and was a bit surprised by my sensitivities, was only really worried about gluten but that came back fine so trust yourself and have a blood test if you are experiencing real physical symptoms. Good test if you are just curious though

They say knowledge is power and when it comes to our health, this is certainly true. I had a recent health “episode” and wondered if food was the culprit. I searched for a test and there are lots to choose from. I chose this for the price as I wasn’t sure what I would get if anything, for my money. I got the box the next day. The instructions were simple. Scan the code and register your test. Pluck and then place some hairs in an envelope which need to be at least 3cm long, ideally with a follicle attached into an eneblope which is provided (no pubic hair). Keep the slip with your code on it and post it. A confirmation e-mail will be sent once your sample is received and then a report follows after 3-5 days via e-mail. After a week I didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail so I contacted Customer Support who were very helpful. At the same time, my confirmation e-mail was received and about 3 days later I got my report. It was a bit of an eye-opener as I was sensitive to so many of the foods I eat regularly! I also received a guide on how to adjust my diet. I have eliminated some of the foods and have noticed some changes. I would recommend this test for those who may be curious about their health and at the same time don’t want to spend £££s on a test.

I wasn't very happy ordering this product as the whole process relies on using the internet. However I put in an offer and the package arrived the same day. Inside is a bar code and qr code and reference number. I logged into the website and tried over and over to enter the reference number with no luck. I tried to capture the qr code, but it was hopeless as it cannot be recognised by my tablet. I tried e mailing the company but as it was late by then I didn't get a response. I then thought maybe I would have more luck with my phone, but again the qr code is too small and fuzzy to be recognised. In desperation I tried entering the code and to my amazement it worked! However, I then got back an e mail asking me to download some more information and print it. If there is a way to print from a phone I don't know it, so I have up and decided to return the whole thing. Next day I did get an e mail about my initial problem and was told to write out my details as I couldn't print them. I did all that was asked but when I came to fill in the details on the return envelope it asked for an order number. Absolutely baffled by this time I again e mailed the company asking where to find this as no correspondence or e mailed mentioned this. As I got no response I wrote down my Amazon order number and posted the envelope off. As the whole process could have been simplified by just filling in my details on the envelope provided and putting it into a post box I can't understand why it was so overcomplicated. I spent literally days trying to get done something which should have taken 5 minutes. I await results without much hope.

It tells you pretty much nothing and doesn’t give you any real information as to if you’re sensitive to things that can possibly be an allergy. It said I was sensitive to corn and apples which I eat all the time and I have zero reactions to either. It was easy to do came back super quick but it is NOT WORTH $60 at all and I definitely will be fighting to get some sort of refund as I do not think this test is accurate at all and definitely a waste of money.

Inconsistent results. Ordered the test and due to my error received the wrong test (750 instead of 900) but had already sent it in before I noticed the error. Ordered the correct one and 3 days later we sent the second test in. Received the first results and a couple of weeks later received the second set of results. Many of the two sets of result contradicted one another. They use a color-coded system from green (good) through orange and then red (bad). Many items that were bad in the first report were now reported as good and vice versa. Not just one or two but dozens of them. I have left 2 voice messages on their customer service answering service with no reply. It really brings into question their reliability and trustworthiness.
