They are very good, working well. Taste is excellent no side effects i like them.

These work great. You need to take it in a mug of water and drink another mugful of fluid to help it work. My doctor suggested stirring it for 15 seconds to get it to work. I have used Sennacot. But they don't work for me. I take these twice a day after a meal. They can work great most of the time. During the pandemic, they tripled in price. There are others in tablet form, and these also work okay. To maximise this laxative's abilities, drink several glasses of fluid in the day.

I have followed the instructions and take 2 sachets per day for the extra fibre I need to have a bowel movement. I have been on a strict diet and lack fibre and other nutrients that help with a bowel movement. It didn’t exactly work straight away like I thought it would, but after taking it for awhile now my bowel movement has gone back to being more regular. I was actually having long periods of constipation prior to taking this supplement and my stools were harder than rocks. You can just imagine the struggle I was in. Now I can say I am winning this battle. I would definitely recommend this product if you have any symptoms like what I described. You just need to keep drinking it and eventually it will work. I usually drink it with 400ml of water just to dilute the flavour and the extra liquid will only help aid you that little bit more. The orange flavour is pleasant enough but what I do is add a little bit of orange robinsons, and that makes it taste almost like a normal orange squash drink. If you leave it in the water for too long it turns into a weird jelly texture that is kind of unpleasant.

While Fybogel Hi-Fibre might be on the pricier side, it’s absolutely worth it! These orange-flavored sachets are easy to use and have been great for keeping my digestive system regular. A very good alternative to other remedies.

I was told to get these by my doctor and urologist after I've been suffering with you know.. A bit of chronic constipation. So now I take 1 to 2 of these a week just to get things moving along a bit more naturally and these really do keep me going more regularly and normal. I don't find myself so bunged up now which is always good. When it says drink straight away, honestly drink it straight away because it'll start turning into a thick slush. I forgot about it once and left it for like 30 minutes max and trying to down that was like swallowing a cup full of slugs. Still, if you drink it straight away like you're supposed to it's not that bad, just like thick orange juice. I quite like it.

they didn’t seem to work all that well for me personally, but i can definitely see this working for people with less severe back up. definitely worth giving a try before reach for the painful laxatives🤣

Let's just say that it does what it should.

Definitely on the expensive side as it’s imported from the UK, but this is the only fibre supplement that consistently helps manage my IBS without causing constipation. Also doesn’t cause that weird clumping when it comes out the other side like metamucil does. Tastes great too, similar to orange juice so I take it in the mornings alongside a coffee!
