lost the leaflet do you put it straight on skin?

I have used these patches and the Cura Heat ones for years for chronic back pain. I always apply directly to my skin, they do NOT get hot enough to burn you as others have commented. Extended use directly on the skin will leave you with a red mark, the skin under the patch is heavily perfused with blood to take the heat away, and can cause some of the small surface capillary blood vessels to blow under the skin. As I said earlier I have been using the heat pads directly on my skin for years, will continue to do so and have never had a problem!

Any good for period pain?

Yes! You have to stick them to a top or to your underwear, not directly on skin and they keep you warm for many hours. They are quite warm, I would even say hot. One of the best things I've tried for period pain so far!

What do they contain ?

Each box contains two heat patches

How do they stick to clothing? There is nothing on the pad i have opened that is at all sticky

There is a peel off backing. They do stick to clothes very well but be very careful to have a layer between. I have a camilsole and then I stick it to a teeshirt. They get quite hot and last for a good 8 hours.

They get extramly hot!

DO NOT PUT DIRECLY ONLY SKIN OR USE FOR PERIOD PAINS ON THE SKIN. These get very hot and you don't realise it. I peeled my skin off with it after 6 hours 😐 I didn't read the box... Do not put on your skin. Um yer my own fault given 5 stars as they are great for back pain over a top.... Just don't be silly like me and slap one on your womb 😒
