Don’t sleep on these pillows! (Pardon the pun) if you are searching for surgical positioning pillows to sleep on, search no more! I bought these for a pretty intense plastic surgery procedure and was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of these pillows. It takes a couple of days for them to fully “open up” so don’t worry if they look weird at first, they just need a little while to decompress from being vacuum sealed and shipped. On to the review; The foam is dense and supportive, retains its shape, the fabric is soft, and the stitching and accompanying zipper are strong and seem durable for the long haul . I love that I can easily unzip the pillow casings, take the foam out and wash the covers. It’s also very nice that they included the storage bags that you can vacuum seal. They are really just great. In fact, I love the pillows so much that while most are compressed and put away for storage now, I have exclusively kept out and used the head pillow nightly for the last 6 months. It’s just the right height, shape and support for sleeping and always returns to form. In addition to head pillow, we kept out the large triangle pillow and use it frequently for a number of things. It’s firm and can support the weight of my husband easily. Overall impression? Shockingly good And I’m very happy I chose these over the more inexpensive options on Amazon!

Glad we ended up getting this!! My husband has had to lay in bed constantly after a major ankle injury, and this has been a lifesaver. This is a little on the pricier side, so here's how it's held up to my concerns as of week (now 3): 1) Durability. It came shrink-wrapped but was still pretty bulky & heavy. We let it air out for 48 hours (it recommends 48-72 hours), and it has held up perfectly good for a larger 285lb individual. He's also pretty tall, and we've been able to easily adjust it for his height. 2) Comfort. My husband had makeshift pillows propping up his foot at first. He said swapping to these was infinitely better, and he wasn't worried about staying on the bed long-term anymore. He gets less dry skin with using these, it's still crazy soft, and it dries out quick if the ice bags leak. 3. Healing Assistance. Take this one with a grain of salt since we also have a prescription anti-inflammatory, but his swelling seems to have gone down significantly in a short amount of time for something that is a major life-altering injury. Now, we have nothing to base this on since we don't know how this injury is supposed to work in this regard, but I feel like his swelling is going down much faster than when I had a lesser ankle injury. All-in-all, we're very happy with the quality, and my husband actually thanked me for splurging for the more expensive pillow set. 😆 If it gives out at any point I'll come back & update this with the life expectancy, but so far it's well worth the price. Update: Almost a month in, and it's holding It's shape perfectly, and water condensation from ice bags wipe off easily. Very happy with this purchase! Perfect for ankle injuries.

Got this ahead of shoulder surgery. If you don't know, shoulder surgery is miserable and sleeping is difficult. This set worked for me. Seemed a bit larger than most, which at 6' tall works fine for me. Not crazy about the fabric cover, but all the value to me was to be able to get some sleep. Had to sleep on my back after surgery, which is not normal for me. And certainly not turn over onto the shoulder while sleeping. This set let me do that. Could argue the price is high, but then me getting needed sleep in my situation was high value!

I bought this pillow system to help me sleep with my head elevated after nose surgery. This system is completely adjustable yet doesn’t shift during the night. I was worried about being able to sleep on my back and these pillows cradle you so comfortably I had no trouble sleeping at all. I’m usually a side sleeper and I was worried how I was going to adjust. Highly recommend. Plus, I like that you can store them in the enclosed vacuum sealed bags. It’s so supportive that there is literally no reason to toss or turn at night. I might just keep them on my bed lol.

excellent use as a leg(s) elevation apparatus for edema of the feet/ankles/legs by way of elevation higher than the heart when lying down. while this configuration is not visually represented in the graphics supplied with this item on it's page, if not fairly easily accomplished, perhaps one could implore the assistance of a young building block aficionado. our set up, to accomodate the height/length of the person for whom it was purchased included a few encyclopedias/other books (ya know, like paper and such, or in the absence of books, foam blocks, various recycling materials-such as amazon box of correct proportions filled with other smaller amazon boxes and packing materials/various other items that you do not wish to discard but won't need any time soon to give the addition the correct shape and weight to keep it steady) to close the gaps and keep the structure (essentially a pillow tower that doesn't fall apart and lets grampa feel better) in one place. the covers are great as the nap on the fabric helps it stay stationary on whatever surface on which it is constructed (bed/floor/etcetera). it also facilitates wrapping the structure in it's own sheet (organic cotton fitted crib sheets work great, waterproof crib sheet accessories also helpful if needed) to make for quick change and easy cleaning. long story short, enabled elder get essential relief at like ten cents on the dollar compared to the expensive specialty beds that are usually required. having said that, my elder did not otherwise require the other options provided by the expensive solutions, still being able to get in to and out of their bed unassisted. THIS IS NOT MEDICAL ADVICE, THERE ARE MANY SOLUTIONS FOR MANY PROBLEMS, THIS ONE HAPPENED TO BE SUFFICIENT FOR OUR NEEDS AND IN OUR BUDGET. IF YOU CHOOSE TO DO THIS FOR SOMEONE PLEASE MAKE SURE IT WORKS WITH COVERS AND THAT THEY CAN GET IN TO, OUT OF AND BACK IN/UNDER THE BED/COVERS EASILY SO AS TO ACCOMMODATE MID-SLEEP CYCLE TRIP(S) TO/FROM THE BATHROOM.

This was not at all what I expected. The units did not stay in place. I had shoulder replacement that was very delicate. The pillows slid all over the place and I rolled off them onto my surgical shoulder causing great pain. They would have been ok if there was Velcro to hold the pieces together. It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend them for anyone.. the window closed for me to return them. A loss over $200.00 dollars with no perceivable help. I would really like my money back as this product was useless n dangerous.

I am so grateful for this product. I have only slept on it one night so far, and it has me looking forward to all the upcoming bedtimes 💛 I have a connective tissue condition which means I need a lot of support to sleep healthily and comfortably. I've been used to building myself nests with as many pillows as I can get my hands on, and I've been thinking I wished I had something more stable because if the pillows shift at night and I wake up in odd positions it's painful and likely doing damage. I had no idea this sort of thing existed, but I was on Amazon browsing for something else, stumbled across this listing, and as soon as I saw the picture I had a thrill of excitement because it looked like exactly what I needed. When it first arrived, I was concerned at how small the box was and thought I had misjudged the size of what I was getting. Then when I saw it was vacuum packed, I was concerned it might not be as stable as I had hoped. Neither was actually an issue. Within about an hour of removing from the plastic wrap the cushions had plumped out to precisely the size I had anticipated from the photos. And sleeping on them that night they were very supportive and stable; just enough give to feel cozy but very sturdy. Importantly the bottoms of the cushions have a rubber coating that helps to keep them in place and it works really well. I think there was a 4-piece set available that only had the big cushions, and I probably could have gotten away with that, but I'm glad I got the full set of 6 because I do find extra cushions supportive and more comfortable and these are so stable they can serve purposes regular pillows won't. I bought a set labeled as "Used", and as far as I can tell that was just because the packaging was damaged. Thank you for the existence of this product!

I love all things memory foam, and I've just had a very invasive foot surgery. I was very excited to receive this item a day ahead of the quoted delivery date, however, it seems I can only use half of the product. The head lumbar and back support are amazing... but the lumbar wedge does shift a lot since there's no Velcro there.Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the part I needed just as bad, which is the foot ankle and leg support. I cannot use the item because it is too tall. The Velcro unfortunately is quite weak and it's the only place there is Velcro. I even tried putting my memory foam pillow underneath my legs for at Support.I hate to admit it, but I'm actually quite disappointed after being so anxious to receive this.

I honestly can't recommend this 6-piece Linux pillow set enough. For months, I wasn't even able to sleep in my own bed because of severe back pain. Every time I tried, I either couldn't fall asleep or woke up in agony. I ended up sleeping in my Lazyboy recliner night after night because it was the only place I could get any rest. I decided to give this pillow set a try, not expecting a miracle, but I was desperate. The first night I used it, I was finally able to sleep comfortably in my own bed. The different pillows let me support my back, knees, hips, and neck exactly where I needed it. For the first time in months, I woke up without feeling like I'd been fighting my bed all night. If you're dealing with chronic back pain, recovering from an injury, or just can't seem to get comfortable, this pillow set is absolutely worth every penny. It gave me something I had been missing for months—a good night's sleep in my own bed. I only wish I had bought it sooner!

Très bel article. C'est déployé en quelques heures mais je vais quand même attendre 72h avant d'utiliser. Un des coussin a été un peu plus long a prendre sa forme mais il a fini par y parvenir. Par contre j'ai eu de la difficulté avec la livraison qui c'est faites en retard et j'avais vraiment besoin de ses coussins orthopédique pour aider a dormir a cause d'une grippe qui se transforme en bronchite. Ils n'ont pas trop pris soin de la boite non plus. Elle était écrasée et fendu. Heureusement les coussins étaient intact a l'intérieure parce que tout est très bien enroulé serré. Le tissus blanc texturé semble respirant et le tout est muni de fermetures éclaires qui en font le tours. Le tissus antidérapant n'ai pas ce qui empêche le plus de glisser mais il semble quand même bien. Le fait que le coussin pour la tête n'ai pas la même forme en demi linge que les autres a poussé mon choix vers cette ensemble plutôt qu'un autre. Ce sera bien plus confortable. Ont peu choisir un côté plus relevé et un plus bas selon les besoins. En plus au lieux de tenir avec des vélos. La tête est munie d'une bande élastique qui empêchera la tête de glisser. Ils sont d'une belle largeurs donc ce sera agréable de dormir dessus. J'ai hâte de pouvoir les essayer pour passer une bonne nuit. J'ai aussi commandé un ensemble de housse a part pour pouvoir faire le changement quand je vais devoir les laver et j'ai pris les bleu qui sont bleu gris pour l'hiver puisqu'ils sont pelucheux car les miens sont blanc et le tissus est plus pour pouvoir rester au frais l'été. L'on reçoit avec ça un super grand pack de gel pour le chaud et le froid. Je m'attendais pas a un format aussi grand. Et deux sacs a sceller sous vide pour y ranger les coussins. Personnellement je ne les remettrez pas sous vide de leur qu'à un moment donné ils ne se déploient plus. Et quand j'en ai besoin je ne veux pas devoir attendre encore 72h pour pouvoir m'en servir. Je remercie aussi le service client amazon. Je ne sais pas s'ils sont responsable de la livraison qui a fini par débloquer enfin. Mais si c'est eux qui ont fait bouger les choses un gros merci a vous. Vous n'avez même pas idée a quel point vous m'avez rendu heureuse aujourd'hui.

I had severe back pain and this is the best purchase I’ve made for comfort. Highly recommend

when I first saw this I thought the price was INSANE, but im about to go for jaw surgery and I have tailbone problems so I needed to find a solution for sleeping upright. This is the Cadillac of support pillows. Does it smell weird? Yes (hence why I didn’t give it 5 stars). But the stink pales in comparison to the way it makes me feel like a queen on a throne. It’s so soft and the foam is firm but with enough give to also be comfortable. I also never leave reviews but this product is seriously worth the extra money
