Best paint stripper I've used
I used this to remove paint from some plastic and resin miniatures. It is hands down the best I've ever used. Others I've used have been good but I find them being liquid made it a bit more difficult with clean up and also wastage. This however requires very little and works so well. In fact, I accidentally dropped some on my cutting mat and it lifted the design straight away! This isn't a complaint, as my mat is very dirty and messy after so many years of use, but it showcased the fast acting nature of this stripper. I didn't leave it on very long as I had resin in my models and I read online that it may make resin slightly soft. Even so, it was strong enough to remove the paint within a handful of minutes. I did this twice and it stripped the model straight down to bare plastic, no damage to the resin. And with these quick dips into the pot, with the paste sticking to the model, i barely used any. My only slight criticism is that the price was high compared to other companies, however the Prime delivery for me balanced out the extra costs of delivery and speed elsewhere. But despite that, the 500ml pot is more than big enough for my needs as I don't strip all that often in reality. Highly recommended! Edited to add: clean up was easy too. Seems to dissolve/dissipate with hot water. I used cooler water because of the resin and it took a little longer to clean off, but with running water and an old tooth brush to agitate it came off pretty easily.

Superb product
Superb product. I highly recommend this product for the tasks I used it for and it is reasonable to assume it will be just as effective in normal paint stripping tasks. It resembles gloopy white milk or yoghurt and has almost no smell. There were no chemical fumes or nasty skin burns either although I did wear nitrile gloves to be safe. Its water based and as far as I am aware, environmentally friendly but I advise checking this. I used it to strip several layers of acrylic paint from plastic wargames vehicles and it did so without any harm to the plastic. I found brushing it on using an old 2" brush was more economical than dunking the items and they cleaned up perfectly after a second application. Somewhat to my amusement, this had the handy side effect of stripping dried paint from the old brush itself and after washing the bristles were smooth again! I used it a second time to remove a mix of acrylic and enamel paint from old lead based and pewter miniatures by dunking them in and got the same great result. It didn't even harm their plastic stands although it does seem to dissolve dried superglue to I recommend keeping a close eye on any glued-on parts if that’s what it’s being used for. It also softens some modelling putty so I advise great care if using it to clean up a heavily filled model. Photos of the paint strip of the wargames vehicles attached to this review.

Odour free, easy to apply, may need second or third coating.
Not effortless at removing paint and stain in my experience, patchy results and creates a gluey mess at times, though I've not used it on a lot of different paint surfaces, mainly for removing surface stain. I like the fact it's water based, has no odour and can be washed off fairly easily. Results are good if you stick at it and, though it's a small tub, coverage is extensive - still seems pricey for the amount but I was happy to get a second tub due to it being water based.

Best paint stripper Juice for miniatures by far!
I have just used this to strip down paint from plastic Warhammer miniatures, I’ve used a few different products and finally found one that’s quick and effective!

Dissolved the bases
For some of this for stripping some Battletech minis. The actual minis were fine and got the paint off, but the bases (which must be a different plastic) literally melted into a black tarry mess.

It works 100% of the time
I am baffled by the reviews here saying that this product doesn't work. The only way this can fail is if people apply it too thinly. It needs to be applied with a paintbrush, and a good thickness -- kind of what you would consider way too thick if you were applying paint on wood, for example. Do a little test patch first, you will see how thick you really need it to be. I only expected it to remove one layer of paint, but in one go it melted 4 layers of various types and ages (recent water-based wall paint, recent primer, very old gloss, very old primer) like it was butter. It is not the easiest product to use, I will admit. It's a thick liquid so it is fine on horizontal surfaces, it is a little runny on vertical ones, and it really is the B-word if you have to use it on upside-down places, like a ceiling or the overhead of a door frame. The product is also white, so again it really is the B-word if you use it on white-painted surface -- very difficult to see where you've applied it already. Last but not least, it leaves an awful sticky mess which needs to be scraped all off! That being said, it works 100% of the time. If it doesn't, it's because people were either stingy with it or didn't leave it on for long enough to work. Also, get yourself one of these Stanley professional Comb ShAVehook 0 28 824 , it's an excellent little helper.

Sort of works, but very messy.
I appreciate that others have rated this highly, but I found it absolutely awful on a varnished pine table. It stripped most of the varnish, but needed three applications, but by far the worst aspect was trying to get rid of the residue. It most definitely is NOT water soluble as suggested in the instructions . Hot water and detergent helped, but in the end I resorted to white spirit. . . Sort of defeats the eco friendly bit!! I would not use it again.

HE PROBADO VARIAS MARCAR Y SIN DUDA ESTE ES EL MEJOR. TARDA MAS TIEMPO EN HACER EFECTO EN LA PINTURA PERO MERECE LA PENA LA ESPERA. LA PINTURA SE QUITA SIN ESFUERZO. APENAS HUELE Y LO MEJOR ES QUE LOS UTENSILIOS SE PUEDEN LAVAR CON AGUA. TOTOLMENTE RECOMENDABLE.
