Life has completely changed!I keep both this big pot, and also a little supply of the smaller packs that have the tablets individually wrapped as they’re much easier to keep one or two in a handbag for unexpected little dairy treats :-)This larger pack size tho is very economical when comparing cost per tablet- and my husband takes them too as he suffers with IBD and they really help his also.Overall- our household is much much happier having recently discovered these amazing supplements! The older I got, the heavier a delicious ice cream felt in my tummy. Then my youngest daughter’s belly, also developed a dislike for dairy products. Then our ice cream outing days were kind of ruined, until I decided to give these pills a shot and what a difference they made in our lives. I take them with me everywhere we go. They work miracles in our digestive system. We no longer get the bloating or the stomach aches. We have never felt any type of side effects from this product. I’ve been using this brand because of the effectiveness of the strength. I find them to be an inexpensive treasure. My 10 year old and I get to enjoy our ice creams without fearing that we are going to feel bloated or sick from the dairy. There are other brand, that doesn’t have the same strength and I have been guilty of trying those other brands and they don’t last or have no results whatsoever because they lack the strength that this product has. The lactase enzymes on this product is 9,000 units, compared to 3,000 on other brands. I know that these are the kind of strength that we need, for the kind of upset stomach that my daughter and I suffer, the minute we basically mention ice cream and don’t have the pills. We just don’t take no chances anymore. I just carry them with me everywhere because the bottle it’s small and the pills are small so is the bottle and so portability wise it’s also a plus.
