Before I embark on my epic broccoli sprouting journey, I tried these. I chew a handful of rocket within 5 mins of taking, or grind a few mustard seeds and neck them with water. The things we do!!! Not finished the bottle yet, so long term effects?????

Works Well for Digestion and Gut Health

Please check amount of sulforaphane before you buy
The amount of sulforaphane in one capsule is way too small, just waste of money. Unfortunately didn't check before buying and unable to return now.

Do your own research!
400mcg is a such a small dose of Sufloraphane that your better off eating a bag of broccoli. In all studies, candidates were given 50mg+, anything less is a waste of time and your money. Swanson must know this fact. Now I know this company is full of it, I'm blacklisting them.
