Aphogee Balancing Moisturizer, 16 Ounce

This is the best conditioner I've ever used. I stumbled upon it while looking for Nexxus Emergencee. I've been using Nexxus K-Pak for years along with the Emergencee The Aphogee product line is considerably less expensive the Nexxus so I gave it a go. I was actually stunned by the effect the balancing moisturizer conditioner had on my hair. Within one minute of putting it on my hair I could feel it. I have baby fine hair and conditioners can make my hair grow flat and limp. Not only does this take away all tangles, it somehow makes my hair feel like I have twice as much hair, it's silky and glossy and full of bounce. I'm now using the Two-Step Protein Treatment about every 6 weeks as well as the Shampoo for Damaged Hair and the Balancing Moisturizer conditioner. Every week or so I put the Keratin 2 minute Recunstructor just on the ends of my hair which is halfway down my back. Do yourself a favour. This is the best product line I've ever used. Full stop.

This gives me beautifully soft hair. I can always tell the difference between using this and a conditioner off the shelf. Has quite stong perfum smell. Which reminds me of something a grandmother may wear in years gone by. However once rinsed it is fine.

Oh my God, I can't recommend it enough. I make some mistakes on my hair through the years, and one of them was adding too much protein to it. I wasn't very aware of differences between lack of protein and lack of moisture, got it wrong and used the wrong products on my hair over and over. It became VERY dry and breaking very very easily to anything in every brush. This product SAVED my hair. One wash, and that was it, I got a COMPLETELY different hair. Just couldn't believe the difference it made to me and my hair. I have learned how to manage now both things now (moisture and protein) and this product is a must have in my shower box.

Used this the other day and got good results. I've discovered just using it on the mid length to ends is preferable; I'd also advise sticking to the times and not being tempted to leave it on longer thinking that'd get better results. Does what it says on the tin IF you follow the directions as given. …Oh and use it as follow up to the 2 Step Protein treatment.

I found this very drying for my already damaged dry hair

This is wonderful stuff - light and yet very nourishing. To qualify, I use this alongside other Aphogee products, using the shampoo followed by the 2 Minute Hair Reconstructor and then the serum. I've got straight hair that went grey early and have been dyeing it light ash blonde for years. It always looked dry and split endy. These products have changed all that - big improvement on first use, thanks to the pH levels, and then a cumulative improvement. I have now not cut my hair in over a year, following a disastrous 6-inch cut that I wasn't expecting at the hands of my mother (asked for a slight trim), and I must say it has never looked better! Can thoroughly recommend to anyone with dry and damaged hair!

This is a must if you use the two step protein treatment, and will bring back the moisture from the protein drying out effect, I use this when my hair feels dull or dry and use when I am doing the two step treatment. I would highly recommend this product. I have afro combination with European hair, my children have the same but different textures, all afro types, it works well for moisturizing but works better when you use in conjunction with its shampoo and protein treatment.
