Perfect for needs and a great price!

I can feel it working already - so convenient to use!
It looks exactly as shown in the pictures, it arrived quickly, it is extremely easy to use. I am not sure how sturdy it is as I have only be using it for one day but I think it will last fairly well if treated with respect. Now I just need to investigate a variety of exercises I can use it for.

I use this every second day for toning it could have a little more resistance for me personally but it’s great as a starter

Bought this looking to mix up my workout routine and I am not disappointed. Great for full body with a huge variety of possible exercises. The only minor downside was that the company website does not have an instruction video for this equipment yet but there are plenty available elsewhere online. Great for strength and toning.

Ok for some exercises...
I purchased this item from 66Fit. I would say that it's good for people that are complete beginners, those without much strength or in need of rehabilitation as there is little resistance when squeezing the ring together. It's great for hamstring stretches (pulling the two handles away from each other), but very weak when using it for exercises that involve squeezing the handles together. So, I would agree with another view posted on here about its resistance.

Nice... when it arrived
My first order did not arrive and could not be traced so Amazon kindly re-sent it with an express delivery. The product is great for my legs and back and just what I needed. It does go out of shape after a while but pull it the other way and then goes back to how it was. I really love this ring!!
