Very nice
Gorgeous colour and taste. Made a rich chocolate cake and wasn't disappointed! OK value compared to the little tub you get in supermarket but I want quality more than anything.

Absolute perfection! The holy grail of cocoa powders.
As an avid baker, this is hands down the best cocoa powder I have ever used. The deep, dark color it gives to cakes and brownies is incredible, and the flavor is rich, intense, and complex without being overly bitter.Because it is alkalized (Dutch-processed), it dissolves beautifully into batters and liquids without clumping. The texture of my baked goods has improved significantly since switching to this brand. It is definitely more expensive than standard supermarket cocoa, but the professional quality is worth every single penny. If you take your baking seriously, you need this in your pantry.

Oh so yummy!
One word: Divine. As a self confessed chocoholic, I'd eat chocolate for breakfast lunch and dinner. lolI'm not surprised this is the choice of chefs. It's awesome and so good in fact that it's hard for me not to put it in everything. On keto, it goes really well with Monkfruit to make sweet delicious hot or cold drinks, desserts and chocolate bars, oh and ice cream. It is rich and luxurious with that distinguishable chocolate taste you can only get from Belgium chocolate, you just can't beat that, it's heavenly. Not bitter at all of course because it's alkalised. When you open the bag, the aroma is just gorgeous.I kept this one in my basket because I was umming and ahhing over the cost of cocoa these days but knew this was the one I wanted to try. Hopefully it is brought back in stock as I would like to buy more. Only lasted almost 2 months in our household and so is nearly gone, I'm actually astonished by the fact it lasted 2 and not 1. :P

Rich and earthy
I like it, a lot. It's quite earthy/raw tasting - it's the only way I can describe it. It's a far cry from a Bourneville or shop-branded cocoa powder in that it feels nicer to work with and tastes much nicer too. I'm a hot chocolate snob (addict) and I've been experimenting with levels of this powder, sugar with milk and I actually found that I could use less than I expected to get a nicer, rounder flavour.I mix it into my porridge, have made brownies with it (yes yes yes) and whilst I will certainly still shop around, it has made the top of my list so far.

Excellent cocoa powder
The best cocoa powder. It makes a big difference to chocolate cakes and puddings. My kids have cocoa for their bedtime drink each night and they really like this one.

Rich, smooth and absolutely delicious.
There’s zero bitterness, just a deep chocolate flavour that makes hot chocolates taste genuinely luxurious. It also bakes beautifully, giving cakes a darker colour and a far better flavour than the usual supermarket brands. I won’t be buying any other cocoa powder after this.
