I have been taking these tablets for over a year now and definitely feel that they make a difference to my health. I’m 50+ now and use them to keep my bones strong. I got them on special offer and seemed great value for money. Not bitter taste but the calcium tablets are Quite big so you could break them in half and take them.

This was for my parents as I heard it is recommended that you start taking them after the age of 40... especially in damp countries like England where bone diseases are on the rise. You do notice the difference in some aches and pains after taking this tablets for a cup Le of months.
